Angie B, a bride who was getting married at the end of May, approached us in search of gourmet custom wedding chocolates. She wanted them to match her wedding theme and to be filled with the ganache from her favorite chocolate in Ghyslain’s Signature collection, Purple Rain, which has a dark chocolate ganache infused with raspberry puree and Chambord extract. Her desired chocolate shape was a heart. We offered her two heart sizes to choose from and helped her match her wedding theme by creating it with a light pink shell, dusting of sparkle and hand-painted white dots.
