Shipping and Returns
We ship our retail products using FedEx. Therefore, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. If you live in the Continental United States, you can use our online Shopping Cart to place your order. Place your order by noon to ship out the same day. Orders placed after noon will ship out the following business day. However, because our products are made by hand in small batches, they are subject to inventory availability.
Warm Weather Shipping
During warm weather conditions, we will take extra precautions, including insulated packaging & freezer gel packs to keep your chocolates cool, ensuring your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition. When temperatures in the order’s destination city or anywhere along the shipping route reach 70°F, we urge you to select Overnight Shipping.
Orders leave our production facility Monday through Wednesday until 1PM to prevent items from sitting in a FedEx hub for an extended period of time. To protect the quality of your order, we may hold your package for shipping until the following Monday to ensure the least amount transit time under these circumstances.
We will not be held responsible for items left unattended or not sent Overnight in warm weather conditions. From May to September, you may choose Ground shipping when delivery will occur within 1 day. (See map above.) These orders leave our facility Monday through Wednesday until 1PM. Ground Shipping availability varies throughout the year based on the temperatures and time in transit.
The following states are not eligible for Ground Shipping: TX, AZ, LA, MS, AL, FL, GA, SC, CA

Call for Shipping
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be reviewed and we will contact you with the proper shipping charges before processing your order.
International orders need to be processed manually. Please contact us for a quote.
Shipping rates apply to one address per order. If placing a large order with multiple addresses, please contact our service representatives.
We incur charges for changes to the shipping address and/or delivery address corrections from Fed Ex. Costs resulting from these changes will be charged to your customer order.
Promotional rates apply on a per address basis for a limited time frame and may not be available to all states, exclusions apply. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note – We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, strike, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Our products are hand-crafted in our artisan kitchen and carefully packaged for you to receive and enjoy. If there is any issue with an order you have received you must notify Ghyslain Chocolatier, Inc. within three days of delivery.
Please email email@example.com to address your concerns. We request that you send pictures of the shipping box and product if items were damaged during shipment. Ghyslain Chocolatier, Inc. considers all sales to be final after three days.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we are unable to accept returns.
